WHO ARE PEGASUS TRAVEL?
Pegasus Travel is an online travel agency that organizes group travel excursions and markets them to our target market.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are available via email at all times of the day from Monday to Sunday.

DO YOU PROVIDE QUOTES FOR PRIVATE TRIPS?
Sorry but we do not provide quotes for individuals or groups.

Payment Questions

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?
No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before a reservation is accepted.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT EVERY MONTH?
You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find that you are unable to make a payment, please message us. Your reservations will be immediately canceled if you do not make a payment for 60 days without notifying us.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I MAKE MY PAYMENTS, BUT MY ROOMMATE(S) FAIL TO PAY?
You will be in charge of finding a new roommate, or you will be required to cover the extra expense associated with the change in room occupancy.

Reservation Questions

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS ON AN EVENT AFTER THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEGUN?
Yes, as long as the reservations are still available, you can make reservations for any event at any time. The initial deposit must be made, and subsequent monthly payments must be made.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
An account summary will be sent to you once your reservation has been made. Your monthly payment schedule will be listed in your account summary. You have the option to disable the automatic monthly billing feature if you don't want your credit card to be automatically charged each month.

AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATION, HOW CAN I MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS?
Many of our clients are on auto-pay. But you will also receive emails monthly regarding your payments and there will be a link to view your account history and make a payment if needed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROOMMATE DROPS OUT AND CANCEL THEIR RESERVATIONS?
If your roommate cancels their bookings, your account will be updated to reflect the new occupancy in your room and the package pricing. (This does not apply if we pair you with a roommate.)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITINERARY FOR MY TRIP?
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event or earlier via email.
